-  学习产品相关疾病领域知识，负责内部销售数据的收集与处理；
-  熟悉产品市场策略及竞品信息，辅助带教导师完成数据分析及报告撰写；
-  跟进产品会议，市场活动等项目的落地与执行；
-  做好跨部门沟通与协调，完成带教导师在实习期间布置的任务。

在QC负责人的领导及其他分析师的帮助下，安排并实施常规分析及其他实验室工作。确保所有产品相关质量标准体系的合规和在实验室的实施，确保所有原辅料，半成品及成品符合默克及中国法规的相关质量要求。

- 教育程度：药学或相关专业的本科及以上学历；
- 特殊技能：熟练的英语听说读写能力和计算机office软件应用能力；有效的沟通技能和组织协调能力；有效的问题求解能力。

● 主要职责

1.  基本职责：

- 对各种成品、原材料料执行物理、化学及仪器的分析测试，确保在生产环节中提供测试支持；
- 执行原料、成品的释放测试；
- 审核实验室测试数据，确保其准确及完整性，并遵循要求的方法和标准；
- 完成SAP，GLIMS数据录入和审核，确保符合QS＼RQS等；
- 控制实验室的化学试剂及色谱柱，以确保其符合实验室测试需求；
- 参与HPLC 问题及其他实验室结果超标和异常事件调查；
2.  根据需要，安排并执行清洁验证、工艺验证和新产品注册及稳定性相关测试；
3.  参与实验室SOP的更新，以确保符合中国及默克要求；
4.  确保所有实验室测试使用试剂试液的管理，以满足实验室测试和运作及市场的需求，并且满足工厂安全要求；
5.  支持制造项目相关化学试剂的管理及评估等；
6.  在其他实验室员工的协助下，执行实验室文件的管理；
7.  在小组范围内，维护一个安全的工作环境；
8. 培训及辅导新员工，确保个人的目标与小组、部门及工厂的目标保持一致；
9. 按照工厂和实验室的程序要求开展各项工作；
10. 按时确保所有培训课程的及时完成；
11. 通过3-6个月实习，表现优异，通过考核，即可获得转正offer。
