 ZTT Submarine Cable Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE: 600522), operates with a registered capital of CNY1.76 billion and occupies a 560,000m2production base with two manufacturing factories for submarine cables and underground cables. （一）储备干部  Overseas Management Trainee (Cable Industry)? ?

岗位职责：Job Responsibilities:? 

1. ?生产与技术培养阶段（入职0-12个月）：学习并?参与电力电缆全流程生产操作（拉丝、绞线、挤塑、成缆、铠装等工序），学习并掌握不同电压等级电缆产品技术参数，以及ISO 9001质量管理体系在车间的实施规范。

1. ?Production & Technical Training (Months 0-12):? Learn and participate in full-cycle power cable production processes (including wire drawing, stranding, extrusion, cabling, and armoring). Master technical parameters for cables of varying voltage grades and implement ISO 9001 quality management standards in workshop operations?.

2. ?管理能力提升阶段（入职12-24个月）：轮岗至计划调度、车间主管、检测主管等管理岗位，提升个人管理能力，跨部门协同合作，最终完成本部门及公司目标。

2.?Management Capacity Development (Months 12-24):? Rotate across management roles (e.g., production planning, workshop supervision, quality inspection management) to enhance leadership skills and cross-department collaboration.

3. ?海外派遣准备阶段（入职24个月后）：派驻中东（哈萨克斯坦）区域，负责属地工厂或销售公司的生产运营、质量管控、市场拓展等工作，制定海外员工培训方案，提升属地工厂能力。

3.?Overseas Assignment Preparation (Post-24 Months):? Deploy to Middle East（Kazakhstan）to oversee production operations, quality control, and market expansion in local factories or sales subsidiaries. Design localized employee training programs to strengthen regional capabilities. 

任职要求：Qualifications:?

1. ?学历背景?：应届毕业生优先，电力电缆、电气工程、材料科学、管理学等相关专业本科及以上学历，熟练掌握哈萨克斯语或俄语。 （外籍应聘人员要求熟练掌握中文）

Education:? lBachelor’s degree or higher in Power Cable Technology/Electrical Engineering/Materials Science/Management or related fields. lRecent graduates preferred; lExcellence in Russian or Kazakh. lExcellence in Chinese for International graduates.
