DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
责任和义务
1. Carries baggage to and from guest rooms and fills up errand card after every such service; assists in loading and unloading baggage to and from vehicles.
为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务,每次服务后填写任务卡,同时协助客人卸载和装载 客人行李。
2. Explains features of room to guests fully.
向客人详细介绍房间特点。
3. Performs personal services such as delivering messages and packages, running errands, and giving business information.
完成个人服务例如递送信息和包裹,提供商务信息。
4. Cleans and maintains baggage room , baggage trolleys, and Bell Captain’s station; assists in maintaining cleanliness of lobby and reports need for repairs to Bell Captain.
打扫和维护行李房,行李车,行李员领班台,协助保持大堂的清洁,如需修补向行 李员领班打报告。
5. Accepts baggage for safekeeping and storage in baggage room according to established procedures; checks baggage or registered guests waiting for room assignments.

6. Escorts guests attending functions; posts information on event board.
履行护送客人职责,将信息登记在事件记录表中。
7. Attends to telephone calls, complaints, and requests made at Bell Captain’s station in absence of Bell Captain.
在缺席行李员领班的情况下,接听电话,处理投诉和其他要求。
8. Performs duties common to all non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
和一般人员履行一样的义务,没有专门的监督人,其他工作根据安排。
9. Performs variety of duties to assist hotel guests and patrons such as:
全方位的协助酒店顾客,例如:
(a) Opening car and hotel doors提供拉门和拉车门服务
(b) Hailing taxis维护酒店出入车辆秩序
(c) Paging private vehicles by intercom通过内部通话系统寻呼车辆
(d) Unloading or loading luggage车辆卸载和装载
(e) Giving directions and answering inquiries提供方向指示,回答客人的询问
(f) Recording all passenger taxis which ferry guests to the hotel记录下所有送客人到酒店的出租车
10. Maintains orderly flow of vehicles in hotel driveway.

11. Parks vehicles of guests and patrons; issues claim tickets, checking overall condition of vehicle and indicating presence or absence of items, articles, and accessories, delivers car to guest upon request.
